Spring work for your core incorporated with stretches for length and strength while using the Red light/Infrared light pad for added heat during the workout. Benefits: enhance flexibility and range of motion, reduce muscle soreness/joint stiffness, supports circulation and natural healing, relieves stress and encourages deep relaxation. Bring your red-light pad (or heating pad), water bottle, yoga mat, and sweat towel. Reservation required to attend. Heating pad can be used if a red-light pad is unavailable.
