Donuts with Santa

About this event

Donuts with Santa is Back! Back for its second year, Donuts with Santa returns to the Children’s Museum of Virginia for a morning filled with holiday magic!

Step inside as we transform the museum’s Changing Gallery into a festive winter wonderland. Enjoy delicious donuts, warm up at our hot cocoa bar, and soak up plenty of holiday cheer before the main event: a visit with Santa!

Little ones will have the chance to take a photo with Santa and personally share their Christmas wish lists with the big man himself.🎅

Make Your List & Shop Small! 🎁 This year, we’re adding even more fun to the morning! Stop by the Children’s Museum Gift Shop, where our team will be ready to help little shoppers find inspiration for their Santa wish lists, and grown ups can shop small for some of those wishes, too!

Discover Melissa & Doug toys, science and space themed activity kits, books, sensory and fidget favorites, local souvenirs, and more.

Choose Your Santa Session 🎄 This year, we’re offering two Donuts with Santa sessions so even more families can join in the holiday fun!

🎅 Session 1: 9:30 to 10:30 AM 🎅 Session 2: 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM

Tickets: Children ages 2 and up: $15 Adults: $10

And the fun doesn’t end when your Santa session does! Your ticket includes admission to the Children’s Museum of Virginia following your session, so your family can keep the fun going and spend the day exploring the museum.

Holiday Fun With a Purpose ❤️ Donuts with Santa is hosted by the Portsmouth Museums Foundation and is a signature fundraising event benefiting the Children’s Museum of Virginia. Your participation helps the Foundation support and sustain the museum and the experiences that bring learning, play, and discovery to children and families throughout our community.

Space is limited for each session, so gather your little elves, make those wish lists, and grab your tickets today!

We can’t wait to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year with you!!
