- ➤ Hampton City and the Aberdeen Gardens neighborhood dedicated an accessibility ramp at the historic museum on Oct 1—built with a grant from the Dominion Energy Charitable Fund and installed by W.F. Magann Corp—that now helps visitors using wheelchairs, canes, and walkers enter the museum. - ➤ October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month and local groups plan events across Hampton Roads to support survivors and raise awareness. - ➤ Attorneys general from five states—Virginia, Washington, Arizona, Connecticut and New York—filed a lawsuit in the Eastern District of Virginia yesterday against Zillow and RedFin for a deal that ended RedFin's apartment rental ad business and reduced competition. The suit follows a similar filing by the Federal Trade Commission, and both companies maintain that the deal benefits property managers and renters. WAVY
