- ➤ Morgan Norris ‘25 of Hampton University earned ninth place in the prestigious Hearst Journalism Awards for her multimedia report 'Norfolk Underwater: Lost Time' — her work explored how rising sea levels have impacted Norfolk’s Black communities. - ➤ Sentara Brock Cancer Center celebrated five years of offering cancer care by introducing its second 3D mobile mammography van on Thursday—designed to serve Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach with 2,000 screenings—and it plans to add a third van by year-end to help reach more patients.
