- ➤ Hampton police arrested 23-year-old Caleb Marquise Dillard in June on charges linked to a February homicide on Michigan Drive — on Feb. 26 around 9:30 p.m. near Lasalle Avenue and Mercury Boulevard, Patrick Hewett was fatally shot — and he now faces charges including second-degree murder, aggravated malicious wounding, discharge of a firearm near a dwelling and use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
