- ➤ Governor Glenn Youngkin paused over $600 million in funding for renovation projects at 10 Virginia colleges—impacting institutions such as Virginia State University and Central Virginia Community College—as state economic forecasts remain uncertain. - ➤ Governor Glenn Youngkin signed two bills in Richmond on Thursday to improve Virginia’s foster care system—ensuring that parents and foster kids over 12 can reach the Office of the Children’s Ombudsman.
