Cirro Global — known as US Elogistics Service Corp — signed a lease for 149,685 square feet at the new Phenix Commerce Center at 30 Aberdeen Road on May 1.

The deal is the largest warehouse lease in the region in over a year and shows Hampton’s strong connection to the Port of Virginia.
