- ➤ Hampton Fire and Rescue crews responded to a fire at the city’s landfill on North Park Ln just before 5 p.m. on Apr 27 as local witnesses reported a plume of black smoke and Battalion Chief Anthony Chittum said no structures or people were in danger + no evacuations were needed. WAVY
