A woman was stabbed Thursday morning on Shell Road and taken to a local hospital, where her injuries are not life-threatening—police are investigating the incident as a possible domestic dispute.

On Wednesday, Virginia lawmakers rejected most of Governor Youngkin’s proposed budget changes (including his plan to cut school staff funding) and approved bipartisan measures to reduce probation times and toughen penalties for risky driving.
