- ➤ Hampton police are investigating a fatal pedestrian accident on West Mercury Boulevard after first responders found an adult male dead at 7:50 p.m. Monday — the westbound lanes between Seldendale Drive and Lasalle Avenue remain closed and the driver involved is cooperating with the investigation. 13 News Now
