- ➤ Geno's Steaks will open its first location outside of Pennsylvania on Thursday at Power Plant Hampton Roads, featuring an 8,000 sqft arcade and waterfront patio. The Philadelphia restaurant will offer free sandwiches to the first 100 customers starting at 11 a.m. WTKR

- ➤ City officials in Hampton are installing a five-foot fence along Mercury Blvd between Seldendale Dr. and the Langley Square entrance to guide pedestrians to cross safely at designated intersections. Funded by VDOT, the project is expected to finish in early spring. WTKR
