About this event

Connect with yourself and others through creativity. In this three-week workshop, we'll explore a variety of art making practices that can calm the nervous system, encourage self-expression and promote greater self-awareness.

Using a range of materials, participants will be invited to create, reflect and explore — all in a seated, relaxed atmosphere. The focus is on the process of creating rather than the finished product.

Open to all adults. No artistic experience is needed. All materials are provided.

Led by Jennie Abrams. While Jenn is a licensed psychotherapist and art therapist, this workshop is educational and experiential in nature and is not a therapy group or substitute for mental health treatment.
